We could've communicated it better to you. As for the allergies we did the best we could to accommodate you by using a new pair of gloves exclusively for your bowl and minimizing cross contamination. Like our staff mentioned, we cannot fully guarantee that there won't be any cross contamination since it is an environment in which we do serve peanuts because many of our customers enjoy them in their bowls However, we make sure to be extra careful whenever a client mentions a specific food intolerance. We understand that it wasn't the best experience you could have and we wish one day you can look past this unfortunate isolated case and come back to enjoy our bowls again.
