I really enjoyed the food and was planning to come back, but unfortunately, the experience with one of the servers completely changed my mind. When it was time to pay, we selected a $5 tip on the machine. The server became visibly annoyed and told us that he pays taxes and that the minimum tip should be 12%. He then actually took the machine himself, cancelled the tip we had selected, and entered 12% without our permission. I was honestly shocked by how rude and disrespectful he was. I didn’t want to create a scene at the time, so I let it go, but this is absolutely not acceptable. A tip is supposed to be a customer’s choice, not something a server should pressure or force someone to pay. I genuinely liked the food and would have happily returned, but because of this server’s rude and greedy behavior, I will not be coming back. If someone is unhappy with their pay or having a bad day, that is not the customer’s responsibility. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. It’s unfortunate because the food was good, but one rude experience can be enough to lose a customer. I will definitely be warning people I know about this experience. I love ordering from Sandhu, the indian food combos are always good and you get a lot of food! Amazing samosas and butter chicken!

I have been a customer of this restaurant for years, mostly ordering delivery. However, on Saturday, August 1, I ordered a combo, and the tandoori chicken was spoiled. It had a very strong, unpleasant smell. I called immediately to report the issue and request a resolution. The receptionist told me that someone would call me back. It is now Wednesday, and I still haven't received a call. That says a lot about how seriously they take an issue that is far from minor. Serving spoiled food can make customers seriously ill, and failing to take responsibility afterward shows a lack of respect and accountability. It is very disappointing to see this level of customer service from a restaurant I have trusted for years. Sadly, they have lost a customer.

I ordered two pizzas using their "special." Unfortunately they made the pizzas with whole wheat crust, which I DID NOT ask for. When I called about the order, they insisted they didn't make a mistake. Sadly, this was one of my favourite delivery restaurants before this event. I will never order from them again.

Price is super fair, the food is tasty and the portions big. I can’t find anything wrong in this place and recommend it for small or big groups when you don’t know whether to eat Italian or Indian (what a combo to choose from!!)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This place is honestly a 10/10 for me. The website is incredibly user-friendly, and what really stood out is that they have their own delivery system, no Uber Eats or DoorDash. That’s something special these days. My order arrived in about 20 minutes, and the food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I had the Mendra chicken with rice and naan. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!
