The brand seem great, but it lack consistency, one day you order and everything is perfect, some other days just like my last order it took 2 hours to get my delivery, the food was soggy, wet, and obviously the delivery did a run of too many addresses at once keeping the food in a delivery heat bag, making the fries soggy, the pizza wet and stale, I regret making my cheat day choice of meal Salvatore, next time I'll drive and pick it up myself or doordash it.

EDIT 2: got the surprise of getting a fresh pizza, thank you for fixing this situation. once again, I ordered in delivery and it's been more than 1 hour waiting, in their tracking I can see the car went back to the restaurant and wont move anymore, they refuse to fix my address, which it's been and issue since years now.... because there happen to bee 2 streets with the same name, I keep correcting and I just got the client service guy on the phone hanging up on me and still no pizza..... I thought that with the years you guys would get better, but I see nah... just worse.... so sad because you pizza is actually good, but your delivery services are useless..... *** EDIT : after waiting for 1½ hours, your delivery guy showed up finally with a soggy cold pizza as finally someone told him the right address that I had been trying to correct with the guy on the phone who couldn't give a care about what I was talking about and hang up on me..... So I sent back the soggy pizza that had been for 1 hour in the car.... and they didn't even give me the option to have it redone.... the woman in the restaurant said the manager wasn't there so maybe someone will call me tomorrow.... so now I out of the last 30$ I had that I used to pay for the pizza..... so now lots of peeps are eating, but not me..... complete fail.... really..... time to go eat some toast.......

-10 for service! They told me it wasn’t going to be long yet the order was already ready, forgot me for 20min then when I came back home (5min drive) the fries and pizza were cold because they forgot me, the sauce was the wrong one and they forgot my drink!

We used to order salvatore every week or 2 but the last three times it has taken over 90 minutes to get our order. Most recently the order took almost 2 hours to arrive, was cold, was dry, and had the wrong items in the order. When we called the call center they said there was nothing they could do, then transferred is to the wrong restaurant 4 time in a row before keeping me on hold for 25 minutes and never actually picking up

Totally dishonest and they steal your money for undelivered food. I ordered a pizza and paid for delivery and driver tip. After 15min, the app said my pizza was ready and packaged, but waiting for a driver. After 1.5 hours, there was still no driver assigned, so I called, and the store told me to come get it myself, and that I could email to ask for delivery refund. I got to the store after 2 hours and the employee told me that my pizza was not ready!!! When I told him the app says my pizza was ready almost 2 hours ago, he yelled at me and told me I need to learn to be patient. I waited 30 more minutes and then suddenly my pizza was ready but the boxes were DAMP and the pizzas looked old and lukewarm (they clearly forgot about my pizzas and didn’t bother check properly when I got there). I emailed and only asked for a refund for the delivery fee and driver tip (I did not even complain about the pizzas) and they offered me a COUPON and refused to refund the delivery fee and driver tip! We had to email back and forth THREE TIMES before they would tell me what the minimum purchase is to use their measly coupon! So I said no, I don’t want a minimum purchase coupon, I want a REFUND for delivery fee and driver tip because I had to literally drive out and pick up my lukewarm pizza!!! But they have refused and are now no longer returning my emails. They also never sent me the coupon. What a joke! Salvatore is good when things work out, but when it doesn’t, they do not take responsibility and are a dishonest company that steals your money for services not rendered!! Save your time and money and go to another pizzeria.
