We used to order salvatore every week or 2 but the last three times it has taken over 90 minutes to get our order. Most recently the order took almost 2 hours to arrive, was cold, was dry, and had the wrong items in the order. When we called the call center they said there was nothing they could do, then transferred is to the wrong restaurant 4 time in a row before keeping me on hold for 25 minutes and never actually picking up

Totally dishonest and they steal your money for undelivered food. I ordered a pizza and paid for delivery and driver tip. After 15min, the app said my pizza was ready and packaged, but waiting for a driver. After 1.5 hours, there was still no driver assigned, so I called, and the store told me to come get it myself, and that I could email to ask for delivery refund. I got to the store after 2 hours and the employee told me that my pizza was not ready!!! When I told him the app says my pizza was ready almost 2 hours ago, he yelled at me and told me I need to learn to be patient. I waited 30 more minutes and then suddenly my pizza was ready but the boxes were DAMP and the pizzas looked old and lukewarm (they clearly forgot about my pizzas and didn’t bother check properly when I got there). I emailed and only asked for a refund for the delivery fee and driver tip (I did not even complain about the pizzas) and they offered me a COUPON and refused to refund the delivery fee and driver tip! We had to email back and forth THREE TIMES before they would tell me what the minimum purchase is to use their measly coupon! So I said no, I don’t want a minimum purchase coupon, I want a REFUND for delivery fee and driver tip because I had to literally drive out and pick up my lukewarm pizza!!! But they have refused and are now no longer returning my emails. They also never sent me the coupon. What a joke! Salvatore is good when things work out, but when it doesn’t, they do not take responsibility and are a dishonest company that steals your money for services not rendered!! Save your time and money and go to another pizzeria.
