Pistachio is a cool concept, desserts and coffee together, but they really dropped the ball on the coffee side. The desserts were good. We got the chocolate mousse and the pistachio ice cream cake, both solid, nothing crazy but enjoyable. No complaints there. The coffee though, I was genuinely surprised. I ordered a flat white and what they gave me was basically a half and half, double shot, equal parts milk. That is not a flat white. A flat white should be closer to a 2:1 ratio, way more concentrated, way more velvety. And beyond getting the recipe wrong, the taste itself was just bad. Wrong roast, bad extraction, you could tell the guy had no idea what he was doing behind that machine. Not worth a dollar honestly. What gets me is that this should be one of the things they nail. People come to a place like this to sit down, have a dessert and a nice coffee. The two go together. That pistachio ice cream cake with a proper flat white could have been a great combo. Instead the coffee killed the vibe. My advice to the owners: take the coffee seriously. Get proper training, dial in the espresso. The desserts are already there. The coffee just needs to catch up.

I gave it one star because i can show Zero .It would be impossible to recommend this cafe , unfortunately the deserts or the ingredients are not fresh. My husband and i felt very , very unwell after eating here ( nausea ,dizzy spells , severe stomach upset). Exercise great caution if you plan to gab a bite , or better yet , skip all together.

Lovely decor! Lovely place! We came to try their desserts under a Too Good To Go order but I honestly wish we came with a bigger stomach as everything else on display looked just so delightful. This new desert restaurant is a perfect place for a date, a quick sweet treat and a pleasant place to eat tasty delicacies. Their menu of desserts offer a big range from cheesecakes, trompe à l'oeil, ice cream, crêpes, coffee specialties and lots more! Perfect for any cravings. Service was equally pleasant as the barista was very accommodative and kind. Super excited for our next visit😋

This is my favorite spot in Montreal! The place is beautifully decorated, the food is decadent and gorgeous. The flavours are balanced perfectly! The service is absolutely 10/10! I highly recommend this spot!

Got my very simple order wrong. I was the only person in the whole store on the night of Easter Monday. I pointed very clearly to the pistachio cheesecake and stated I wanted one slice. Instead of giving me the slice while I was standing there, the person working the counter motioned for me to come over to the register to pay first, which I did. As I was paying, she packed the slice (out of my view) and then handed it to me. When I got back to my hotel room and opened it, I saw that she had given me a slice of peanut butter cheesecake. I hate peanut butter. At first, I thought maybe the peanut butter was close to the pistachio cheesecake I pointed to, but they are nowhere close together when I checked the photo I took. I marked the cheesecake I pointed to, and I circled the slice I ended up getting. Moreover, the only 2 cakes I was considering earlier was the pistachio knafeh and the plain pistachio. We had a conversation. Why the heck would I suddenly change to peanut butter?? Nothing is worse than opening a box expecting one food and getting another.

Unique selection of cakes and pastries. We tried the pistachio tiramisu cheesecake, sushi crepe, pistachio royale crepe, cotton candy, and pistachio ice cream—everything was incredibly soft, smooth, and full of authentic flavor. You can really taste each ingredient as it’s meant to be. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is outstanding! Will be coming back again!

This was the best baklava and cheesecake my wife and I have ever had. The staff was incredibly helpful and the selection was overwhelming.
