Today I came to Kentucky Fried Chicken and wanted to wash my hands before eating, but the cashier told me I had to place my order before using the restroom, as it was only for "customers." Obviously, I went to McDonald's for breakfast; the service is much better. Terrible customer service. The cashier, who was of Indian origin, refused to identify himself.
