Absolutely atrocious experience from A fo Z. To start off, there was no one on the front desk when we arrived, after waiting for 5-10 minutes, we tried ordering an item exclusively online for pickup but they most likely purposefully closed off online orders (app said they didn't take orders when it was ~11:15 and they close at 12) and the lady in the front desk was of no help whatsoever so we ordered off menu. While ordering she mentioned that one of the items wasn't available (she couldn't find it) and I literally had to guide her myself to find it since it was part am exclusive limited time promotion. After that, while waiting, one of my friends mentioned how one of the coworkers is literally VAPING (and watching a sports game with his other hand) while making the food which he heard and tried confronting us in a threatening tone!? He most likely thought my order was my friend's order (he didn't order) and so after finally receiving our order (40+ min wait for a simple Matty Matheson Popcorn chicken poutine and 2 sliders) I check my poutine in which he purposefully did not put any chicken (he served a bucket of chicken popcorn to the guy right before me so stock isn't an option + I would've obviously been told). I unfortunately was not able to check the food on place because they were closing and I only discovered so after arriving home. Also, they locked the toilets bathrooms and didn't let one of their CLIENTS go because they supposedly "closed them" (before closing). Never returning again.

ordered via the app at 3:30pm for kfc decarie in ville at laurent my order suppose to be ready for 3:43pm get to the store only to be told 20minutes wait we forgot your order...now you have to wait for chicken only to receive my order at 4:15 this will be the last time I eat at kfc... 45mins wait to receive my order very unprofessional the manager who could of at least say sorry for the mix up but did not...

Bought a bucket of 20 pieces and fries. The fries were amazing but most of the pieces were poor. Barely any meat all bones and fat. What happened to serving actual pieces with white meat? The meat wasn’t well cooked and the skin was soggy not crispy. I eat at KFC once in a blue moon and this experience doesn’t make me want to go back.
