I create account as a brand new user and placed a delivery order, which was then left at my door without any notification, despite the requirement of a locked-door access code. Upon receiving the order, I found that the bag had been completely torn open and that approximately half of the items were missing. I attempted to contact customer service; however, the official number was not an operational number , and the alternate number disconnected automatically after three rings. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be placing future orders.
