despite low rating overall in all KFC in general, i sometime still get a crave. but this particular store is by far the worst in the area. there is only 2 individual washroom, and one is closed permenantely without notice. i'm guessing staff wanted to keep a clean bathroom for themself. the only one left open doesn't even have toilet paper. ordered in the app and the order was way wrong. i even asked if everything was there, staff said of course. was missing a drink, no napkins, no ketchup. ordered spicy but got original instead. it was supper time and there was a lot of clients waiting, front staff just played on her phone while only another staff was working in the kitchen. overall, very tiny store with very poor service. there was only like 8 tables and half of them were dirty. i was in the area so didnt go to other ones. next time i will drive further just to avoid this one.

Chicken is ok at best. Needs crimping up at home for best results. Service is slow and online pickups are not clear...

KFC. It is what it is. Tasty chicken for the price. Not pleased about ordering ahead of time with the app and yet they don't prepare my meal until I get there???

My order came only half of it, the wrap and the drink were missing. Nobody picked up the phone .
