Since they renovated the food is getting better! But the service not improved. I order on app 30 mins long and waited in store for pick up, they just started to cook the order! During the same time, walk in customers passed more than 10 orders. Even my order is big, but I mentioned I am in store waiting for that at first time I placed the order! I think they didn’t print my order out and prepared until I asked again! This kind of service should be improved.

The order took an extremely long time. 1h waiting time for a fast food restaurant is ridiculous. Also we waited for like 10 min just for someone to come take out order. This is the last time I come to this place. Avoid at all cost if you value your time.

We ordered so much food and ended up being told that the lettuce is out of stock and they would replace it with other condiments. Once the order was placed, we waited a very long time before getting our food because only 2-3 employees were handling the rush, drive through and pickup up delivery. Our order was neglected to the point people that came after us were getting food before us. Once we got our food, our sandwich was very disappointing. It consisted of bun, patty and sauce. Nothing else. In short, disappointing experience. Not satisfied and would not recommend.
