We had a lovely lunch at Patate Rouge. It is a small diner with indoor seating and outdoor seating in the summer. The staff was friendly and food was served quickly. The poutine was delicious, with the best squeaky cheese, good fries and an earthy sauce. We would definitely recommend this little gem. Previously it seemed like the restaurant was cash only, but they accept card now.

It's weird how we in the reviews all seem to have different experiences here. Every time I've been the staff was super nice. The poutine is good but it never has enough cheese or sauce, the last 1/4 is just fries. Only time I got a burger the meat wasn't cooked all the way through, pink ground beef no thanks.

I order from uber eats here fairly often but I went to pick up in person for the first time recently. I loved the fact that the restaurant was really clean , and I wish I had gotten her name but the lady at the cash register was really nice. Great service and food always top notch. I had the steak and pepperoni submarine with poutine . 👍🏼
