Luckily the food is still good. On a Monday night at 5 pm. The place was empty and it looks like it hasn't been renovated since 1999. The service was ok. Not very inviting , they shouldn't rely on the Nickels brand to keep clients. There are so many other places out there that are working harder for your money.

Had a pick up order and they weren't ready on time.. had to wait over 15 minutes.. Don't take jumbo smoked meat not worth extra money only has a bit more meat than the star

They’re not ready to receive big reservations, had only one guy for more than 20 people, make a lot of mistakes with the orders, the food for the price is expensive, anyways just hire more people it tooks us almost 2 hrs to get pur food ready!
