Cependant, nous tenons à souligner que le groupe dont vous faisiez partie lors de votre visite a adopté un comportement agressif et intimidant envers notre personnel, ce qui a rendu le service particulièrement difficile à assurer dans un environnement respectueux pour tous nos clients. Nous notons également que cet avis a été publié simultanément à celui d'un membre de votre famille, deux semaines après un premier avis négatif laissé par une autre personne de votre entourage. Cette accumulation d'avis coordonnés constitue une forme de harcèlement envers notre établissement, et nous nous réservons le droit de le signaler aux plateformes concernées. Excellent staff, very handsome guy with the beard offered perfect service, owner sitting at the bar is a very funny guy, and the waitress made our night offering a bread refill for our cheese platter and an excellent selection of wine!

Food was just OK, but the one thing that ruined it all was the terrible service from the staff. They were obnoxious and ill tempered the minute we got there. We were a big group and everyone was behaving, nobody got drunk or did anything wrong, and yet the waiters treated us horribly. They don’t have the slightest idea of how to work on customer service and have no respect for anyone. Owner needs to consider teach them some respect or starting to let go some of their staff. First time I ever gave a 0$ tip, but I think they did everything it took to earn it. A million thumbs down

Bonjour Monsieur Mas Minetti, Nous avons bien pris connaissance de votre avis et tenons à rétablir certains faits. Dès votre arrivée, vous et votre accompagnateur avez adopté un comportement agressif et intimidant envers notre serveur, et ce, simplement parce qu’il vous a demandé de patienter le temps de dresser votre table. Notre employé est resté calme et professionnel malgré cette situation, ce qui lui fait honneur. Vous avez également demandé à notre personnel de “dégager” la salle arrière, qui reste un espace professionnel où notre équipe est en droit de circuler librement. Concernant le pourboire, nous en prenons acte. Nous rappelons cependant qu’un repas de votre table est reparti impayé ce soir-là. Enfin, les conditions de réservation transmises en amont stipulaient clairement une libération des lieux avant minuit. Votre mécontentement face à ce rappel était donc tout à fait injustifié. Nous trouvons particulièrement regrettable que cet avis ait été rédigé par l’un des protagonistes du comportement décrit ci-dessus. Ces faits ont été formellement documentés. Cordialement

The service was great, atmosphere was nice too. The wine was very good. The food however was neither enough nor good enough to justify the high prices. It was a nice Valentine’s Day dinner but I won’t be coming back.

Great service, atmosphere and taste. Ingredients were fresh and the food was prepared well. 4 stars just because the focaccia à l'ail had no garlic, and didn't seem very focaccia-y, and nothing blew me away. The carrot cake was also a bit too sweet. Id give 4.5 stars if I could

Went for dinner with a couple of friends. We got the meatballs, salmon, focaccia, and carrot cake. The dishes are pretty small and meant to be shared. I recommend getting the bread to fill you up! The food itself was great. The highlight for me was the salmon!
