The cashier in drive thru just now 1:55am may 17 2026 is so rude she is mad for no reason! I dunno why I'm tryng to be nice her face looks mad ang voice is so loud and mad shes so rude no respect. What the hell

At 4:30am, it seems as if I am bothering the employees when I make an order. If they see me pull up to the space for them to bring my order to my car, they turn off orders until I leave. It's happened 3 times to me. At the window the girl is extremely rude each time, again seems like I'm bothering her. When I pull up yo the mic to make an order it always takes long as if they wait until we leave, which I leave did twice because I waited over 5 minutes. One of the times I pre-ordered through the app and had to cancel. Update: It happened again, waited 15 minutes for a breakfast order to be canceled. Girl seems alone and pissed all the time. Management is clearly not doing their job.

Night Shift doesn’t care about customer. I’ve been waiting 10min just to order my food and it took 30min ish get 10 nugs (I was alone)

Food was good, but they forgot to give us our drinks. Poor customer service. The older lady was extremely rude to us, but a younger lady was very considerate to our needs.

Very disappointed with the night shift service. The lady working at night does not know how to deal with customers properly. She was rude and behaved like she didn’t want anyone to come into the store. Customer service should be polite and welcoming, but this was the opposite. Management should seriously look into this.
