Worst McDonald's on planet earth. Took 5 minutes to get someone to talk at drive thru board, then 15 minutes waiting at drive thru window. Could see a couple workers inside but no one acknowledged me, or said hello please wait a minute or please wait 15 minutes, just a closed window and total ignoring. After a few honks and waves to try to get some attention I just drove away and abandoned my order. How can McDonald's accept this level of service from one of their franchises. All of the other reviews are 1 star except for the odd fake 5 star review. I've been to McDonald's all over the world, and by far this is the worst.

Coffee is better priced than Tim Hortons, and the coffee wins in taste as well. Lady at the service window was very warm, polite and efficient.

The worse of the worse. Shitty attitude by the manager and a guy trying to act all tuff hahah . Food half full fries dry nuggets then gave under cooked nuggets . Worse of the worse don’t go there

Went a few times with the kids. Just don’t go there! Long, dirty, missing items, the opposite of what a McDo should be.

The place is nice and clean,But the service is slow even though they are not busy with other orders. They also forgot one of the things I ordered.

This is by far the worst mcdonalds in Qc. The wait is always 15 minutes + for any order. They made me wait almost 20 minutes for a medium black coffee and a mcmuffin. Any delivery will take over an hour and will be cold. I am not picky and do not give low reviews but this place must change.

Went in side they cant even get a order right. Big Mac had 1 paddy in it. Its sad what this world coming to.

No one was at the drive thru and i went inside amd was ignored by a worker. If you dont want to work then close down. Really bad service and employees

Every time i order, either take out or delivery they never put the things that i order in it. We always have to go back and ask for it again, or i have to get reimbursed for the things that i paid over Uber Eats. Please train your employees accordingly, this is the worst Mcdonald in Longueuil/Boucherville.
