Just ordered a combo with buy one 10xchicken nugget and get 1 10xchicken nugget free and only got 1 10xchicken nugget. This is probably the 4th time happening ordering through Uber. They seal the bag so the Uber driver can't even verify the order..order shows up missing items, Uber can't do anything but offer a refund which takes several business days or you have to physically move to the restaurant then argue about missing items..this is ridiculous and not worth my time or energy unless they WAIT to seal the bag, have uber driver verify order THEN seal the bag. This way all parties are covered and 0% chance of missing items.

That's it. I'm done. Never going back. Always missing something or the order isn't taken properly. Like how is it that the service is so bad...on a regular basis. Never again.
