Maison İstanbul has improved tremendously over time. It was already great for döner and soups, but with the recent addition of authentic Gaziantep dishes, it has reached a whole new level. 💯 Their menu now includes excellent options such as Çeltik kebab, lamb shank (incik), Hünkar Beğendi, and Beyti, all prepared with great care. We absolutely love their lahmacun and freshly baked bread. Desserts are made in-house, and the künefe is one of the best I’ve ever had — perfectly crispy, light, and balanced.👍 They are also outstanding when it comes to soups. Their lentil soup is enriched with freshly prepared bone marrow, which adds incredible depth. Kelle paça and Gaziantep-style beyran soup are my personal favorites. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic flavors, quality, and consistency. 🙌🏼
