For a fast food spot, this chicken place really stands out. The chicken is incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor, cooked just right every time. You can taste the freshness and care in the preparation. On top of that, the service always comes with a genuine smile. The staff are friendly, efficient, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Great food, great attitude, and definitely worth coming back for.

Terrible shrinking of portions. Been ordering your combo for over a year and they’ve been shrinking massively. Cold tenders and squirrel portions on multiple occasions in a row, you lost a regular!

I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Madame Poulet. The fries were honestly some of the worst I’ve had in a long time, they were soggy, burnt, and not properly cooked on the inside. The texture was unpleasant, and the overall quality was far below what I expected. Unfortunately, it completely ruined the meal. I hope the restaurant improves its food preparation and consistency, because this was not an acceptable experience.
