stayed here for a March Break holiday with our kids and ordered pizza to the room.. Saturday nights pizza was okay, ordering monday now - the meals arrive in under 20 minutes and as we went to eat it, the dough was still raw, under the toppings you could scrape the raw dough off and when it was turned upside down it was all white, no browning of the dough at all.. I called and asked them to remake it and they did.. clearly they put their pizzas in for a set time and that's it, as they returned a new pizza in its exact condition.. at this point my children at the cheese and pepperoni off because it was 8pm and they needed to be going to sleep.. I called to ask for a refund for my pizza, they came up and explained to me why i couldn't get a refund.. that they already made it twice.. well, great but they made it the same! it was inedible.. they explained to me that they've never had a problem with this and that they wouldn't refund me..I said the dough is the same as the first time, you didn't cook it any longer the second time.. a 25$ pizza plus tax, whether that's how it's cooked prior, it's not to my liking so I should not have to pay for something that inedible to me, whether that's how they've always done it or not.. they offered me dessert for free, i explained i don't want dessert, i haven't eaten supper.. they also offered to recook my torn apart, flipped upside down to examine pizza that was essentially destroyed, but wouldn't refund me something that shouldn't be eaten, raw, because they already made me a second one, but cooked twice identically.. the dough was so soft it couldn't be picked up without tearing from the weight of the toppings.. I did not take a photo because when i called the second time asking for a refund, I assumed they'd do the right thing by the customer, so i didn't plan on writing this review.. they arrived at my door, took the pizza and then proceeded to tell me they wouldn't provide reimbursement.. this among other things, like them refusing to speak english to me and kept saying "parle français madame" to me repeatedly, I am from Ontario and that's maybe why I was treated this way too.. I speak enough french to manage and get by, but not fluent enough to probably be able to express myself in situations like these.. and yet i tried but when I would get stuck and switch to english to make my point or express myself properly, I was cut off from speaking and told "speak french madame.." we visit Quebec city from Ontario often, and well try somewhere else as opposed to returning here again..

We came to eat but they kicked us to the bar. Very bad customer experience. not coming back again
