Friday - April - 2026 Arrival: 3:40 PM Departure: 5:05 PM Total bill for 3 meals: $140 (steak, pasta, burger, and 2 glasses of wine) The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the cuisine and atmosphere. Our waitress appeared to make an effort to smile and show some appreciation so the interaction was forced and lacked warmth or genuine hospitality. What disappointed us most was the end of our meal. She came to ask if she could clear the table, so we requested the dessert menu. She immediately told us that the table was reserved with no apology. This was surprising, as there were more than 4 other available tables with a view. We asked again, but she insisted that our table was reserved point. It’s also important to note that when she initially seated us, she never mentioned any time limit or upcoming reservation for the table. A more accommodating approach would have been to move us to another available table (and there was availibility) so we could enjoy coffee and dessert. Instead, it felt like her shift was ending and she wanted us to pay so she could close out her section. This gave the impression that ending the service quickly was prioritized over the customer experience. It was unfortunate, as we were fully prepared to order more. In the end, not only was our evening cut short, but the restaurant also lost additional sales that could have been easily avoided with a more flexible and solution-oriented approach—especially since we doubted the table was truly reserved.

While it is sometimes necessary for us to manage table reservations carefully, this should always be done with transparency, warmth, and a solution-oriented approach. Not informing you of any time constraint when you were seated, and then asking you to leave without offering an alternative (such as another available table for dessert and coffee), is clearly a miss on our part. We completely understand how this could make you feel rushed and undervalued — especially when you were open to extending your experience with us. This is not aligned with our philosophy, where every guest should feel welcomed, cared for, and never hurried out.
