Absolutely terrible experience. This was one of the worst restaurant visits I’ve ever had. The place was unbearably loud, and despite asking the employee THREE separate times to lower the volume, I was completely ignored. Instead of providing basic customer service, he responded rudely and disrespectfully. What made it even worse was his dishonesty — he falsely claimed to be both the manager and the owner, which was clearly unprofessional and misleading. The level of arrogance and poor treatment was shocking. I am extremely disappointed by how customers are treated here. If this is how they handle simple requests, it says a lot about their business standards. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I will absolutely never return. Save your time, money, and peace — there are far better places that actually respect their customers.
