Turned away because we spoke English!!! 14 hours on the road and couldn't even get a bite to eat. Terrible service. Completely despicable.

Super rude lady at the front counter; clearly spoke English and when I said Bonjour and then tried to order in English she gave me a very nasty look and said “No English”. I walked out - not worth that game as it was pretty clear it was a game!
