I often go to the drive-through. Recently I noticed that they keep adding extra items to my order without my permission. Last week they gave me an apple pie that I didn’t order, and they didn’t provide any receipts with my order. The following week, I went back and told them to make sure not to add anything extra. They told me it was free. Today, I went back, and guess what? They added an apple pie without my permission again. I went back inside, and the employee just pretended she didn’t do it and said it was an accident. They refunded me for the apple pie but refused to give me the receipt back. I already took a picture of it. Adding items without the client’s permission is not okay.
