I made reservations 1 week before. Then they call day before asking to change the timing by an hour... completely unacceptable. Food is great. Just watch out. Ill never go back. Responding to below. I was never advised. And your team only offered 530 or 730.

Hi Nirojan Jeyachandran During Ramadan, we operate with a fixed Iftar menu from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM only. This is clearly structured because of the high demand and the nature of Iftar service. During that time, we do not offer à la carte reservations. “Because Iftar begins at a specific time and high Demand all guests must be served together. Mixing à la carte with the fixed menu during 5–7 PM is simply not operationally feasible and would compromise service for everyone.” And Your reservation at 6:30 PM was unfortunately accepted by a new employee by mistake. As soon as we realized the error, we contacted you politely before to adjust the reservation by only 30 minutes to 7:00 PM, so we could properly serve you from our regular menu after the fixed Iftar service ended. It’s very simple to understand this little mistake and We explained the situation respectfully in advance. The request was minimal and made to ensure the best possible service for you and all our guests. We are glad you enjoyed the food and we are always transparent about our Ramadan service structure. Our goal is to maintain quality and fairness for everyone. We wish you all the best.

We loved our experience as a family of 5 - wonderfully authentic, warm and friendly service and atmosphere. Delicious kebabs, tajine and pide and generous portions. Turkish coffee absolutely delicious!
