The wait for delivery is always super super long on weekends. 3 hours of wait, the food was cold and I still paid full price. I love their food but this happens way too often :((
Do not order take out at this restaurant they are literally scamming by giving nearl no meat I wtv meat meal And the food is not tasty
Terrible food, terrible bathrooms, the pineapple was probably from a can. bad. Service was ok and sooo expensive for terrible food. Never going again.

Food is Chinese Buffet style. Good quality and great variety.
Yesterday was by far the worst experience i had in this restaurant. We just arrived, we didn't even had the time to sit down and we were asked if we want something to drink...like it was rush rush. Also the shrimps were greasy, missing tools to put ice cream and so on. On top of this, the waiter brought us the bill without even asking for it with the explanation that his shift is ending. I believe we still spent 30 min ...approx... and he was still working. Even so, we left him a tip of more than 15%. I wanted to order more beer but i didn't want to pay again, bill after bill, so in the end we left. No more this place for me, for us. FYI, my order nr is: 299035-5

I went once this summer on a weekend, it was okay, nothing impressive and it had some good choices of food. I went back on a Tuesday this time and it wasn’t a pleasing experience: very limited food choices, food tasted like plastic, all of the food wasn’t heated as it’s supposed to be. I guess they put in more effort for the weekends only as it’s busier. I would never refer this place to a friend/family for a buffet. For the same amount of money, might as well just go to Buffet Continental, much better food and atmosphere.
I took a take out plate, 18$ for chiken teriyaki with veggies, I never saw as cheap as that plate. Kids portion with 4 peaces of chiken and vegies with a lot of liquid with it. It's been 4 years I stopped going to Fu Lam, because ofbthe prices, yesterday confirms my decision again to me. Such a shame.
Great Chinese buffet.
They closed reception of costumers at 14:30 on weekend which is very early , I think before was 15:00 , we arrived at 14:35 and they didn’t accept us , restaurant was almost empty, just 2 tables were taken .
Would be better if the food was as good as the service
Standard Chinese buffet is good tasting, but expect no sushi dishes
I know that prices have gone up , but the quality of the food I think 🤔 that it took a turn downward . I was there a couple of times in a month & but times there were items missing from buffet. It was a place that I liked to go but no longer on the list.

Seems that every things get worse. Less quality, less choice, less people.
Nice place to have lunch with a lot of choices. Either you are a meat lover or vegetarian, you will find the dish which suits you.
Biggest disappointment. Did not enjoy any of the food, barely any flavour. Small variety of food. Very small buffet for the price. No sushi at this place unlike what pictures show.
Food was good .
Quality/Price not good, not a lot of different dishes and the ones that were there were the cheapest you can find in other buffet. The good dishes were from the wok, definitely worth it.. not the others unfortunately. For the future, please warm the food more so it's ready to eat. Funny story, we asked a waiter for the ice cream flavors and he said "I don't know", laughing while leaving, we also laughed a lot but our reaction made us thinking that this place is a bit messy. The atmosphere is great, the place is very big, the aquarium looks great and the sofa comfy.
