This place opens early 9am which is amazing for those passing by on the highway! Husband ordered a sub (sous marine) and we got cheese curds to go. We visit many fromageries when we pass through Quebec and this one has the BEST and squeakiest cheese!!! They have excellent service and staff is very friendly. This place has an open concept cheese making area which is so cool!!!!! Saving this place for future visits.
