Man.. where else can you get a tuna tataki or a top ranked poutine at 12:57am in saint Jerome or the grater montreal region?! Paired the tuna tataki with the extra Dublin Câlin.. not sure it was meant to be, but the Irish in me said do it.. DO IT!! I did and it was dope! Then I followed up with their poutine and a glass of Fumisterie - not going to lie, the richness vs the IPA bitterness kept cancelling each other out, but I remixed the purpose was to make very bite / sip worthy of the gods. My only suggestion and I hate myself for saying it as my suggestion would make my macronutrient scale explode.. while I could find cheese curds all the way to the bottom of this awesome dish, they need to layer the sauce not only on top, but mid row. Do ask for that hack! It will put you into a sleep coma but it’s better than pharmaceuticals! After not being able to take no no.. stumble out with a smile realizing that Saint Jerome is loaded with great banter for greet peeps from the Luke/Luke bar to this establishment of the gods! Do not miss.. this!
