I always go here it's a lovely atmosphere and usually the food is great. This time I was disappointed as the potatoes came completely burnt, and 1 of my kids crepe was also burnt.

Very disappointing experience. We went as a large group on April 4th and were never told the kitchen closed at 3 PM (not indicated anywhere), even though the place stays open until 5 PM. As a result, only a few people could order and about half of us didn’t get to eat. Beautiful place, but poor and disorganized service, the waitress seemed lost with the bills. Food quality was also low (burnt fries), and the prices don’t match the quality. Good for drinks or the cidery experience, but not for dining.

If you are looking for something different, the Bistro restaurant at Verger Lacroix is the place for you. Their restaurant has a 'greenhouse' vibe as it is fully surrounded by glass window panes, ceiling to floor, which gives out to their apple orchard. The view is beautiful and serene. The Bistro is opened year round and not just for "apple season" in the Fall. We went for Sunday brunch. The brunch offering is very nice but if brunch is not your thing, they have a full lunch and dinner menu. While we were waiting for our meals, we tried their "mimosas" which they pair with a nice slightly dry cider. Our meals arrived shortly thereafter (crêpes and eggs Benedict which were delicious!) which we then paired with their Chai cider (if you love your Chai tea, this cider is for you!) and a light rose pedal seasonal cider. The service was great and the menu price point was very good. As an added bonus, they give you a 10% discount to buy products in their boutique (wide variety of ciders, apple butters, apple caramel, apple jellies, BBQ spices, etc. and my absolute favorite, a shallot confit, all made in their kitchen by their chef) which we took advantage of. I can go on and on but why don't you discover the Bistro at Verger Lacroix for yourself. If you are looking for a place to eat for brunch without going to one of those restaurant chains or looking for a place for lunch or dinner, go try Verger Lacroix. They won't disappoint!
