These are authentic Chinese food! Beef broth is very umami. Handmade noodles are very chewy. Restaurant is clean and culturally decorated. Super fast service and Waiter is kind and professional. Highly recommended if you want to taste authentic Chinese cuisine.

Delicious chinese hand pulled noodles and a selection of small appetizers. We tried the biang biang noodles, the crepe, the potato salad and the beef salad. Everything was flavorful and the noodles were perfectly chewy.

The soup is too light on the taste. Their chilli oil is not spicy at all nor has the aroma. Waiting time and service are horrible.

Very delight experience, ordered a Nouilles de Lanzhou, flavoring and tasty, especially with a lot a lot of meat inside!! And the egg is out of regular, very good restaurant.

I was surprised by this place!! I really enjoyed the handmade noodles, they were satisfying to eat and the broth was flavourful, spicy yet light. The portions are huge, so you get bang for your buck!

Hi, I’ve visited this restaurant twice, and both times I ordered the same dish: noodles with meat. The first time, the bowl had far too much broth and was almost watery, with only a small amount of meat. I paid $21 plus a 12% tip. The second time, I ordered the same dish again and added one egg. I simply asked them to reduce the broth and add a bit more meat.However, what I received as “extra meat” was two bones with very little actual meat on them — mostly fat and skin. It looked like the meat had already been removed and used for other dishes. They also served a small portion of broth separately. This time, I paid $22 for the dish, $7 for the extra meat, and $1.50 for the egg. With tax and a 12% tip, the total came to approximately $39. I find it unreasonable to charge nearly $39 for a bowl of noodles with minimal meat and one egg. I hope management reviews this situation and improves both the portion quality and pricing transparency.

Not horrible, but we were disappointed. Other restaurants like nouilles de lanzhou or nouilles zhonghua are better for this style of noodles. The noodles had a huge variation in thickness (some were triple the size of others), the soup lacked flavour, and the beef didn't taste great either. The portion size and the chilli oil were great though.

Exactly the flavors I was looking for. Full of aroma and tasted great. The service was friendly and attentive. Overall, a wonderful experience—I would definitely come back.
