Food is always good, but some of your workers can not wrap a wrap to save their life. I took the tin foil off the top and the wrap fell apart.

I used to go at this place once a week. Place was very friendly, food was always amazing and the owner was amazing. Well today as soon as I walked in. I could feel tension. There was yelling between employees, they closed at 7:20 because they had « no chicken ». And locked the doors. The girl was very rude between employees. Very unprofessional. And then opens the store back up at 7:34. I sadly don’t think I’ll be returning to this store. Unless they figure this out

March 20th 2026 I took my family and the 3 of us got Shawarmas. Best Shawarma we ever had so far. I got a large chicken with lettuce, garlic, pickles, onions and pickled turnip. My wife and son got steak and after we were done we all agreed it was delicious. Staff was perfect and quick

I went into Dean’s restaurant around 5 pm today and ordered two shawarma’s. I’ve always gotten exceptional service in the past but today is the exception. A young woman with brown hair and two braids served me. She was rude, impatient and I felt rushed by her. The kicker about all of this is there weren’t any other customers in the restaurant at the time. On a positive note the food is EXCELLENT! My mom and I give it a 10 ++
