Excellent food, excellent coffee, very friendly staff and ownership. The atmosphere is just incredible. Been there a few times, but only saw the new extension yesterday. It is amazing! Bravo! 👏🏽

I was instantly greeted with a warm welcoming vibe of familiarity from Peter & Irini. They serve great coffee & excellent smash burgers. But the most notable differentiating aspect of Carrera's is their atmosphere. Well lit, nicely furnished, all with smooth house/lounge music playing, two gorgeous porsche 911s and 3 barber chairs. What more can you possibly ask for?

Great food and great vibe. The smash burgers are juicy and full of flavor, the fries are hot and crispy, and the pizza is always fresh and tasty. Everything comes out fast and well made. A really fun place to eat. Highly recommend!

From the fantastic Freddo to the delicious smash burgers (and everything in between like the decadent butter garlic fries and amazing pizza), Carrera’s is an absolute must-try. The ambiance truly sets it apart, with plenty of comfortable seating, a unique barber-shop-meets-café concept, and even real porches on display that add so much character. Whether you’re stopping by for a meal or just grabbing a coffee, you won’t regret it. Carrera’s absolutely nails both the food and the experience. Highly recommended!

Came to this place with my sister to try out their food. Our turn came to order & while ordering I asked the cashier if their menu was Halal to which he replied saying their burgers are halal then asked him if he has some sort of certificate or proof to verify that & he said that he can show me their packaging in which they have their meat/chicken marked as halal. Later the cashier came out with who I assume was the owner/manager who came asking us what he can help us with, explained to him the situation & he was showing some slight attitude & just seem like he didn’t want to show us the proof that their food is halal saying with his words only that he guarantees the food is halal he then says that he will take a picture of the packaging & show it to us to which both me & my sister agreed on. He took the pic came back showed us the halal logo on it saying with sarcasm & attitude but still keeping a smile “is this good enough for you” which I found very rude of him to say because me being a Muslim customer I need that relief & reassurance that what I’m eating is halal but it just seem to be a problem for him. After the owner left I had given my order & was waiting for my food when my sister was leaning on the glass counter which we didn’t think would be an issue. The owner comes back out & sees my sister leaning on that same counter & rudely tells her to not lean on it. He could’ve said it in a much nicer & polite way because it’s not like we knew she wasn’t supposed to do that. Our order came we sat down & a few minutes later the cashier is walking around asking other customers if they needed anything else & did not bother asking us. Customer service very bad owner/manager very rude & unprofessional. Do not plan on coming back here.

Delicious! Fantastic service and very friendly atmosphere. Thank you Peter. We tried smash burgers, poutines, onion rings, and buttery garlic fries. All amazing. Try the buttery garlic fries with the spicy honey! We will be back for the pizza next time.

Wow! Carrera’s is such a great little spot in Laval, I’m so glad we finally tried it. The food was excellent, and the owner, Peter, was incredibly welcoming. The Nutella they serve for the pizza crust is such a genius touch, and the coffee alone is worth the drive, even if you don’t live in Laval. We’ll definitely be back!

At the risk of sounding like an "influencer": Run, don't walk to this beautifully designed resto for the best smash burger you will ever have, by the nicest staff you will ever meet. Congratulations on your unique establishment Peter! We are looking forward for our next visit!

today my hubby & i enjoyed a smash burger and poutine; everything tasted great. as soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted with a gorgeous porshe themed interior as well as the kindest staff. definitely coming back with more people :)
