Quiet Sunday lunch. We were greeted and seated. Things went sideways from there. My wife ordered hot water while we read the menu. Our server took our order, then a few minutes later, delivered tepid water. We then waited for 30 minutes for our food, with only a brief check-in from our server. We left before our food came. We felt somewhat invisible for the 45 minutes we were there. Based on the glowing reviews, I am guessing this was an anomaly.
