We visited this past Saturday evening around 7:00 p.m. after skiing and were directed by the patio staff to the indoor bar for drinks. The patio ambiance was great, with nice outdoor fire stations, and we were looking forward to staying. When I ordered three drinks at the bar, the bartender asked if we had a reservation. We explained that the hostesses had sent us to the bar, but he told us reservations were required even for drinks and refused to serve us. The interaction felt abrupt and dismissive, and I was embarrassed in front of my friends. It’s unfortunate, because the atmosphere was excellent, but the service left a negative impression.
