The thin, crispy wagyu patty is impressive, and the ingredients inside the burger are quite special. The staff are friendly, and the restaurant is spacious and comfortable. There was a delay because my order didn’t go through due to a kiosk issue, but the owner kindly apologized and handled the situation well. I work nearby, so I think I’ll be coming here often from now on.

Favorite burger place! We drove all the way from Montreal to Granby just to eat at Burger Bum, and it was totally worth it. The burgers are insanely good, the staff is super friendly, and the whole experience is always great. Highly recommend!

This spot in Granby, Quebec, serves the best burger I’ve had. The signature Le Bum features a smashed 100% Wagyu beef patty, cooked to juicy perfection with crispy edges and rich marbling that melts in your mouth. All sauces are house-made, emphasizing fresh, balanced flavors. No excess, just precise execution on premium ingredients. The first exclusive Wagyu smash burger joint in Canada sets the standard. Expect lines—it’s worth it.

Delicious burger and fries. I had the coquin. The staff were very helpful and friendly, even to my one year old which made me feel at ease. This was my second visit and I will surely be returning.

dubbel smash burger with a bit of fries and a drink for around 21 dollars incl. tax. burger juicy, fries just enough to satisfy your craving, drinks in the form of a soda. service is fast. 7.8/10 Recommend if you are going on a date.
