We were a group of 30 for an 8 PM reservation. Half of our group arrived late, but even then, one of our tables was still dirty and there weren’t enough chairs for everyone. The place was clearly overwhelmed with big groups and it was already chaotic. We were actually the first in our group to order, but by 11:15 PM, we still hadn’t received our food. Half the group ended up cancelling their orders. I decided to stay with my boyfriend because I was starving. My steak was okay and the potato puree was dry, my boyfriend ordered his steak rare with a side of all-dressed potato purée — it came out blue. I waited for the waitress to come back, but it took too long, so I went to the kitchen myself to ask them to cook it properly. It came back burned on the outside, and they even changed his side dish to a plain potato. The waitress offered to bring the original side back, but at that point we had already waited long enough. We knew that ordering from the regular menu with such a large group could take longer, but waiting 2 hours for a dish is insane. Really poor management — if there isn’t enough staff, don’t accept reservations. The waitress was kind and clearly doing her best, but the manager obviously didn’t care. We weren’t offered any apology, no drink, nothing for the ridiculous wait time. I actually celebrated my birthday at the Rosemère location last year with 22 people and had an amazing experience — this was the complete opposite. Really disappointing.
