Food was good but service was top 3 worst i’ve had in this city. They charged for water, i can accept it but why ? Charged and brought 2x tea when we just asked for tea, never asked for more. They NEVER took the plates off the table. They brought the tea and were genuinely confused on where to put it because they never considered removing the plates ! The restaurant wasn’t even busy they were just chilling ! Ironically they ask you to tip 18% on the machine after such poor service, not coming back.

With a reservation. I had an incredible experience at Beit Beiruti, a Lebanese restaurant that truly exceeded my expectations. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch, and the warm greeting made me feel right at home. To top it all off, their homemade-style sweets were absolutely divine – it was like being in Beirut!

I would have given 1 star but the food is really decent, pretty flavourful. However, everything else is not worth the trip to this restaurant. We were served by 3 different waiters during the 2 hours we were there. The first one offered us water that he only brought after we asked for it a few more times. It would have been really nice if he would have given us a heads up that we have to pay for the water considering that most restaurants in Quebec offer free water. Another waiter then came to take the order for the desert and a third one came to have us pay. This third one told us that the only thing they offer for free is the bread that they bring every 10-15 minutes but we only got it once at the beginning. Overall, decent food but service is very poor. For the same price and same food quality but superior service try Beroya.

Beit Beruti is a great restaurant with consistently delicious food and a warm, modern atmosphere. The menu is well put together, with fresh ingredients and dishes that are full of flavor. Service is friendly and attentive, and the staff actually knows the menu well enough to make good recommendations. Prices feel fair for the quality, and dessert is absolutely worth saving room for. As a visitor from the U.S. looking to enjoy Middle Eastern cuisine, I can confidently say that Beit Beiruti offers very good Lebanese food. There were only a few minor issues that could definitely be improved for the future. We walked in around 4 PM without a reservation and were seated at a small table just centimeters away from the bathroom door, even though other tables were available when we arrived and still available when we left. To be fair, we were also offered seating at the bar, which we appreciated. We ordered a bottle of still water, a salad, three appetizers, and a mixed grill. The salad and mixed grill came out before the appetizers, which made the service feel a bit rushed. However, the manager came over, and after I explained the situation, he mentioned that they just opened 10 days ago and they were still adjusting to the system and would speak to the kitchen about the issue. The total came to about $140 USD including gratuity, which is definitely on the pricier side, but the food itself was excellent. Overall, the experience could have been better, but the food was very, very good. I would definitely go back again, just not to the same table lol.

I have to say no other oriental restaurant comes close to this one. The ambiance, the food and the service was beyond my expectations. I felt like I was having a VVIP service. I had the best lamb chops I ever had and the wara2 3enab was insanely delicious and made the way moms do it back in Lebanon. It's definetely worth the price!!

One of the best Lebanese restaurants I’ve tried. The mezze was amazing, especially the tabbouleh and baba ghanoush. The grilled kebabs were juicy and full of flavor. Service was excellent and the place felt very authentic. I’ll definitely be back!
