Fresh, flavorful, and fun! I loved being able to customize my pasta with so many great options. Everything was cooked perfectly, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was inviting. Definitely coming back for another bowl of comfort. 🍝

Delicious pasta and wonderful service! I dropped my diet coke can on the floor by accident while walking to my table and the owner saw me from far and brought me a new one! Thank you ! We come to carrefour just for your pasta !!!😍

Their pasta is really good and their service is even better. They keep checking on you for parmesan or anything else even in the food court. Keep up the good work!

For the below review of it being loud and noisy. Yes it’s in the mall what do you expect. Such an out of context review. I will say it is absolutely delicious, it’s fresh! The staff, something that is hard to find these days, are kind, friendly and very attentive. When I went, there was a girl that actually went walking in the food court asking if they wanted more Parmesan and offered lollipops. I 💯 appreciate the thoughtfulness and yes so good!

The Lulu's at CF Laval truly has the best staff. They are incredibly helpful when it comes to choosing pastas and always offer great suggestions. What really stood out to me was how attentive they were during the meal, coming back to add more parmesan when needed, which I found to be a really nice touch. A special thanks to Marc for making my second visit so special. His attention to customer satisfaction is beyond impressive and truly makes a difference. I’m definitely coming back!

I like the concept—it reminds me of Vapiano Dubai and even the Lulu Hypermarket logo from the GCC. Welcome to Canada! I’ve been a regular customer, and I just have one comment: please stay consistent. The pasta itself is on point 🎩, but the way it was put together this time felt rushed, as if the chef was in a hurry or on holiday. When I buy pasta at Lulu, I expect the same quality and result every time. Here’s a photo of my plate, enjoyed with Lebanese wine. Happy New Year, and keep up the innovative ideas!

I’ve been there several times now, and the customer service is always impeccable! The food is absolutely delicious. There was an incident with hair being in my food which they quickly rectified by giving me a free dessert and remaking my meal. Besides that I have always enjoyed going there and always look forward to going back!

Tasty fresh pasta dishes. very creamy and its deceivingly filling! Loved the variety of fresh pasta, staff were pleasant. loved the open air kitchen. Wait was quite long though, but they were pretty busy. would go back!

Excellent rigati bolognese!! Pasta was cooked al dente (as the cashier mentioned). As an Italian eating pasta in a food court is rare. This was very good! Highly recommend
