I had a great experience at B12 Burger thanks to the excellent service. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I especially want to recognize Karan for going above and beyond. He was polite, quick to help, and made sure everything was perfect with our order. It really made the visit enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for good food and outstanding customer service!

I tried their food once at another location and I loved how fresh it was and how much meat it had. This time I ordered from this location, and I’m not sure if it’s because it was takeout, but I was pretty disappointed. It didn’t taste fresh, and the portion size was nowhere near what B12 usually offers. Maybe ordering delivery isn’t the best idea!
