The role: Responsible for the wine list, with creative freedom and a central place in the customer experience Responsibilities – Complete management of the wine list (approximately 350 labels) – Selection of wines, meetings with representatives – Creation of food and wine pairings for our tasting menu – Management of inventories – Communication and popularization of food-wine pairings to the service team – Presence in the dining room, table suggestions, customer support, and highlighting the wine list
