Job description
Bar and Catering Manager to play a key role in the experience offered to our members, golfers, and guests.
Responsibilities
Be the leader on the floor and the ambassador of customer service, supervise the operations of the bar, fast food, and terrace, manage and mobilize a team of 6 to 10 employees, coordinate food services during tournaments and events – adequate management of the cleanliness of the premises, collaborate with management and coordinate with the official event caterer.
Requirements
Positive and mobilizing leadership, excellent customer service orientation, comfortable with management (schedules, inventories, technological tools), ability to manage traffic and priorities.
