We are looking for someone who shares our mission to democratize specialty coffee and create a warm space for the community.
Responsibilities
Participate in sales and promotion of our coffee beans, supervise daily operations, orders, and inventory management, manage schedules, absences, and replacements, provide attentive and authentic customer service, maintain a clean work environment in compliance with MAPAQ standards, participate in recruitment and training of new employees, contribute to the development of the seasonal menu.
Requirements
1 year of café management experience, minimum 2 years of experience in service or café, passion for specialty coffee and customer service, excellent command of French
