Service Manager - LE PUB de Kamouraska (par/ by La Baleine endiablée microbrasserie)
Job description
Manager/coordinator position for two establishments in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region: La Baleine Endiablée in Rivière-Ouelle and Auberge de Kamouraska. Year-round position with the possibility of doing a good part of the work remotely.
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and emails, manage booking platforms, call incoming guests and make sure everything is ready, oversee openings and closings, act as the link between teams and management, supervise knowledge transfer to new employees, ensure standards are maintained in the kitchen and pub, be the go-to person in case of problems, coordinate events such as weddings, shows, and group bookings.
Requirements
Someone who is organized, comfortable with technology, speaks to people with a smile, solves problems without panicking, and knows how to listen as well as make decisions. Availability on weekends and during show evenings.
