The general management ensures the overall management of the cooperative, in accordance with its social mission and values.
Responsibilities
Lead the team around the priorities and objectives of the cooperative. Ensure human resources management. Actively participate in the consolidation of the cooperative through structuring projects. Represent the cooperative to partners and the media. Manage the premises, equipment, and rental of spaces.
Requirements
Experience in organizational management (cooperative, non-profit organization, or small business), ability to mobilize a team, ensure project follow-up, skills in collaborative management, excellent analytical skills, understanding of the cooperative model, interest in the social economy. Experience in the restaurant industry is an asset.
