Responsibilities
Ensure a link with the board of directors and members, supervise the work team, contribute to the development of the cooperative, represent the cooperative to partners, oversee the management of premises and equipment.
Requirements
Experience in organizational management (cooperative, non-profit, or SME), ability to mobilize a team, ensure project follow-up, conduct HR follow-ups, experience in the restaurant industry is an asset.
