Responsibilities
- Apply the 7 steps of effective cleaning in a food environment and the specific procedures for each department; - Using a water pressure jet, clean the surfaces and equipment of the factory; - Clean work tools; - Clean food processing surfaces and areas; - Disinfect all work surfaces to ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the premises; - Apply hygiene and cleanliness standards and ensure compliance with "HACCP" standards; - Any other related tasks.
