Responsibilities
Handling customer requests. Welcoming and checking out hotel guests. Booking hotel rooms. Related tasks connected to the hotel and restaurant.
Requirements
Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Choice Advantage software (an asset). Bilingual (English, French). Patience, tact, courtesy, and interpersonal skills.
