Luau restaurant is looking for an evening receptionist to warmly welcome our clientele and ensure the smooth running of the evening service.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers with professionalism and a smile, manage reservations (by phone and in person), assign tables and coordinate with the team, respond to calls and customer inquiries, maintain an organized and welcoming entrance
Requirements
Excellent presentation, impeccable customer service, sense of organization and stress management, bilingual (French/English) – an asset, experience in the restaurant industry (asset)
