Job description
Part-time receptionist. Between 10 and 20 hours per week. Day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers. Manage arrivals and departures. Respond to calls and emails. Perform some light cleaning tasks (common areas, support teams as needed). Provide a memorable customer experience.
Requirements
Welcoming, smiling, and professional. Comfortable with customer service. Autonomous, reliable, and versatile. Experience in reception or maintenance (an asset). Bilingual. Intermediate knowledge of commonly used software. Degree in hotel management is an asset. Experience in hospitality is an asset.
