Customer service representative at Miel & Co, Portneuf. Welcome visitors to our store, at the heart of the Miel & Co universe.
Responsibilities
Greet customers attentively and introduce them to hive products with clarity and passion. Host tastings (upon request) and share the specifics of our honeys. Process customer payments. Ensure the cleanliness of the store. Assist in the honey house (labeling, maintenance, etc.).
Requirements
A smiling person, comfortable with the public and curious to learn about bees. Comfortable with the cash register and payment operations. Someone who is rigorous, autonomous, and attentive. An interest in natural products, well-being, and quality work.
