Dishwashing & event support lead for Les Trois Chefs Maître Traiteur. The person will play an important role during weekend banquets, particularly in the cooking of spit-roasts.
Responsibilities
Dishwashing; maintaining work areas; deliveries; equipment preparation; general support during operations and events; participation in weekend banquets, particularly for spit-roast cooking.
Requirements
Reliable, resourceful, and hardworking person; enjoys being active, working hands-on, and not being afraid to do a bit of everything to help the team; valid driver’s license required.
