La Roche à Veillon resto-théâtre is hiring an assistant restaurant manager to supervise the dining room team and the sales counter.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the restaurant staff and sales counter. Participate in the operational management and profitability of the establishment. Manage operations in the dining room and at the sales counter. Provide support for table service and the sales counter. Ensure optimal use of facilities. Participate in the promotion of the establishment. Contribute to customer satisfaction. Ensure the efficiency and coordination of human resources. Develop close collaboration with other departments.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant and dining room management. Training in restaurant, tourism, hospitality, table service, or dining room management. Knowledge and application of labor standards. Knowledge of health and safety standards, hygiene, and sanitation. Teamwork skills. Autonomy, versatility, and initiative. Leadership and decision-making ability. Stress tolerance and quick execution. Knowledge of Maître D software.
