Job description
Restaurant L’Ostrea is looking for a full-time cook. A warm and friendly 29-seat restaurant, serving high-quality French cuisine focused on seafood. Lunch and dinner service four days a week. Closed Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Closed for vacation for the entire month of July and the two weeks over the holiday season.
Responsibilities
Preparing starters; mise en place; assisting the Chef; schedule from Tuesday to Friday (+ or - 40 hours)
Requirements
A minimum of two years of experience; vocational training an asset
